Criminal Law
Defence and victim representation at investigation and trial stages, with a focus on economic and cyber crime.
In criminal proceedings the first hours are decisive. The right legal support before a statement is taken often changes the entire course of a case.
We act as defence counsel during statements and interrogations at the investigation stage and in hearings at trial, and as counsel for victims joining the proceedings. We have particular experience in matters affecting companies and their managers, such as fraud, breach of trust, tax offences, cyber crime and negligence offences arising from workplace accidents.
At the appellate stage, we prepare appeals and, where necessary, individual applications to the Constitutional Court.
